A BETTER VERSION OF A BASEBALL BAT

If you are hoping for any chance of survival in this dark and godforsaken world, you need to have your defences ready and your weapon at hand at all times. Use the things you find when scavenging to make optimized weapons that suit their purpose, so that whether you are fighting off zombies or protecting your property from strangers, you will be able to defend yourself. Dark Moon’s Wood Cog Bat is the better version of a baseball bat that can hit more than homeruns. Designed to look like a painted wooden bat with a big old cog wheel fastened to its top, this is the ultimate weapon for any post-apocalyptic fighter.

INSPIRATION

  • An example of a weapon you might find after the world-as-we-know-it ends
  • Used as protection when you’ve inevitably run out of bullets
  • Many modern bats are made from aluminum and are capable of hitting a ball harder and faster than a wooden bat

MAINTENANCE

Read our 'LARP Weapon Maintenance' article HERE!

All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the 'Weapon Maintenance & Repair' section.

'Larp Inn Weapon Lube - Silicone Spray' is an easy, spray-on application, 100% pure and acid-free making it safe to apply. We recommend using silicone on a regular basis. It maintains the latex-coat’s flexibility and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product wear and tear resistant.

Store your latex weapons flat or on its pommel - NEVER on its tip. Use a simple sheet or towel lining to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to prevent your weapon from adhering to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
