Duccio Shirt - Undershirt

If you’re looking for a solid, all-around medieval shirt, the Ducio Shirt is a great place to start. It’s based on styles from the High and Late Middle Ages, so it’s pretty much the "standard" look for anyone from a commoner to a knight taking a break. This product is made from 100% Cotton Crepe, which is very different than regular stiff flat cotton. It has an authentic natural slightly crinkled quality and texture that makes it look even better when working in an outdoor environment. It is breathable so even if you have multiple layers or wear something heavier than normal, you will be comfortable and free to breathe.

To allow maximum ease of movement, we’ve updated the historical cut of the sleeves and shoulders using modern tailoring techniques. The construction allows you to raise and lower your arms and have a full range of motion while working around a campfire, swinging a sword, or performing other physical activities without any interfering bulkiness or constrictiveness of fabric. Our historical layers provide all that you need in a traditional dress; they are truly functional and fashionable at the same time!

MAINTENANCE

Machine wash at 30°C / 86°F. This product will leak dye. Please make sure to wash once before use in order to make sure that remaining dye will be removed from the product. We advise washing alone, using colour-catching sheets or only washing with similar coloured clothes to reduce the risk of dye imprint.
