We receive a high volume of emails daily, so to receive a fast answer to your query you can help by ensuring you include as much relevent information as possible.
  • - If your email is about an order, please ensure you tell us the Order Number (our Order Number, not a transaction number) and the name of the person who placed the order.
  • - If you're asking about the status of an order, make sure you've logged into your account to see the latest update - often the information you need is right there.
  • - YOUR ACCOUNT will show you if your order is Processing, Awaiting Stock, Dispatched and display any tracking details if you selected Tracked shipping.
  • - If you selected Untracked Shipping, we can't give you a tracking number. Packages shipped this way are done so at your own risk.
  • - If your enquiry is about a product - please say specifically which product it is you're talking about - the product number is always useful.
