Standard UK Shipping (Untracked)
Please please please remember this is untracked - if you select the untracked option it is at your own risk. We will provide proof of postage but accept no responsibility for delivery times and reliability of the courier.

Orders over £5 - £15 = £3.60
Orders over £15 - £25 = £4.99

Parcelforce UK Shipping (Fully Tracked)
This is our recommended option. There is tracking and your parcel is insured. If something goes wrong we can track it and get it replaced.

Large Package: £12
Some items such as the spears, staffs and exceptionally large shields unfortunately cost more to post. We will send these using a tracked courier as the size of the package requires.
Product shipping times are subject to stock availability. If you order something that is out of stock and listed as 2-3 weeks delivery and select priority shipping it will still take 2-3 weeks to get stock and we’ll then ship it priority when we restock. Just ask if you have any queries. Items over 1.5m in length take one day longer.
Shipping Outside of the UK
We ship to nearly everywhere in Europe, the United States and Canada. The
shipping cost will be calculated by the website based upon what is in your basket
when you checkout. There may be an additional carriage charge if you wish to
order especially large or bulky items. You will be responsible for paying any
necessary import taxes within your country.
We now offer a shipping quote option. If you would like a quote to ship to your area – such as Australia. Complete the order using “quote” for shipping and payment and we’ll let you know how much your package will cost.
Shipping Times & Stock Availability
Delivery times vary by product. Every product on this website has an indication of availability in the product listing. Please make sure you check the availbility if you need your product urgently.
Items currently in stock usually ship within 1-2 days. All other items will
be ordered on demand and usually ship to you within 2-3 weeks or as indicated
on the individual product page. If you need your delivery by a specific date
- let us know and we’ll do our best to help you.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your goods and if you change your mind you’re welcome to return your item to us for a refund. Here’s how it works.Please note that you have fourteen days from the date you recieve your item to decide if you want to return it. Any decision about size and suitability for purpose must be made within this time frame.
"I’ve changed my mind and I want to cancel my order."
If you want to cancel your order and I we haven’t marked it as “dispatched” yet in your order status, just contact us and let us know. We’ll simply cancel the order and refund your money.
"I’ve received my item but I want to send it back"
If you change your mind when you order from us you can cancel the order at any time from the point you place the order up until 14 days after you have received the item.
Just let us know via an email that you want to send it back and package it
up and send it back to us at our main postal address (it’s on this site,
your invoice, our email footer – or just ask us) Make sure you include
a note with your details (including the order number) so we know who returned
When we receive the item back, if it’s in good unused condition then we’ll refund you the value of the item and the cost of the postage we paid sending it to you. We can also give you credit to spend on something else or exchange for another item. Just let us know and we’ll work with you to give you a happy solution.
Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we’re unable to refund or offer an exchange. We’re unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.
"You sent me the wrong item"
Oops, accidents do occassionally happen. Just let us know and we’ll get you the right item sent out straight away. Sorry about that.
"Is my item suitable for my system?"
You will need to make the judgement on that based on the guidelines provided by your club/game. Inspect the item when it arrives with you and feel free to return within fourteen days if you judge it is unsuitable for your system. If you go and play with it for the weekend - it’s used and not eligible for return. As well as selling items for Larp we also cater to theatre, film and airsoft groups that have different requirements. Please bear this in mind.
Other things to remember
- Items are not elligible for return regardless of damage/wear and tear after 12 months from purchase.
- You must provide proof of purchase when requesting a return
- Refunds are at the discretion of Larp Inn
- Used items may not be returned
- Damaged items where in the opinion of Larp Inn, the damage has been caused by improper or careless use are not eligable for returns
- In the case of an exchange alternate goods will not be dispatched until the original has been returned and recieved by us.
- Items returned without the returns form filled in and without a returns number will not be processed.
Product ImagesThe images used on the web site are for illustration only. You will receive the item only and none of the other accessories shown in the picture. Colour shades of leather, fabric and latex painted items may vary. (The brown item will be brown but the shade may be lighter or darker depending on the batch) Again you have 14 days to return the item unused if you are unhappy.
Return PostageThe buyer is responsible for costs of returning an item to us.
If you damage your item – and you weren’t mistreating it, then
we’ll do our best to work with you to replace or repair the item. We may
require proof of the damage.
Items that have been badly treated or put under undue stress will not be replaced. Larp weapons are made of foam and latex they are durable, not indestructible – you don’t break a core with a little “light sparring”! If you throw it at the floor, hit a wall with it, spill acid on it, fall on it or get alien hell slime on it, these are all your fault. Please don’t try to make us pay for your mistake. (If you can proove it is alien hell slime we may agree to a refund)
Really we’re trusting you on this one. If it got damaged because you were hard on it, play fair and don’t blame us for it. But if it is a genuine construction fault, we’ll do our best to fix the problem for you. Larp Inn reserve the right to make final decision on repair or refund of damaged goods.
"I ordered something and it’s waiting for stock."
All of the items on our site list their availability and current stock levels in the product description. While we can occasionally make a mistake or someone else could buy one at the same time, most of the time it’s accurate. If we don’t have one in the description tells you how long it usually takes to get stock in. Occassionally there are delays with a supplier. If you have any queries just ask. Again you can cancel at any time and you can return it up until 14 days after your receive it.
If you do not inform us you wish to return an item within the 14 day limit, then it is considered to be accepted by you and not eligible for return.
